- During first admission of patients to our hospital, in terms of information confidentiality, names of people who will be informed are entered into information permission area of computer automation system.
- If patient is adult and conscious, information is given to himself/herself or people registered in the system.
- If nobody is stated by patient, information is given to first degree relative.
- If patient is a child, his/her parent is informed.
- Third parties are not informed about the patient.
