- Trabzon Numune Training and Research Hospital has made some regulations to ensure both health and comfort of patients and guests. This hospital belongs to all of us. Patient and companions should act accordingly keeping that in mind. In order to be able to give best service to our patients, all patients and patient relatives must follow the following hospital rules.
- Since T.C. identification number, formal identity card () and your institution document are used for admission to hospital and all of your procedures, please don’t forget to bring them with you.
- Smoking is definitely prohibited in hospital.
- Daily visit hours of our hospital are as follows: 12:00- 13:30 / 18:00- 19:00
- In situations that can lead to inconveniences for patients, visit depends on doctor’s permission. When there is visit restriction, the information flow between patient relatives and doctor is performed through the related nurse.
- Please don’t bring food or(dead or alive) flowers to patient visits. The related control is carried out at entrance door.
- Visitors must comply with visit hours. Visits outside of visit hours are prohibited for patient health and treatment. Visits should not last more than 15 minutes.
- It is prohibited for visitors to sit on patient beds and to use belongings of patients.
- Children under the age of 8-10 are not accepted as visitors. It is important for their health and safety that children should not be brought to visits.
- Do not intervene in patient treatments outside of knowledge of nurse and doctors.
- Do not eat foods other than your doctor’s suggestions. Do not keep food items in rooms.
- Only one companion is allowed to stay in rooms. Wearing companion card is mandatory.
- Companions must keep properties and materials belonging to hospital in order and clean. Companions damaging hospital property will compensate for the damage.
- Companions by showing their companion cards will benefit from hospital catering service without any payment.
- Companions are obligated to care for their patients and comply with institution discipline in accordance with doctors’ directives. Visit hours are between 08.00 and 09.30in the morning and between 15.00 and 16.00in the afternoon. Companions are required to prepare their patients for examination and to be present in their rooms.
- Be quiet in service and rooms. Do not disturb other patients.
- Keep toilets and your environment clean. Do not litter.
- Do not bring your precious belongings (jewelry, too much money, etc.) with you when coming to stay in hospital. Keep your personal belongings in closets reserved for you.
- Do not keep phones busy unnecessarily. Turn off or mute your cell phone. Turning off your cell phone in places where there are medical inconveniences is mandatory.
- Comply with warnings and suggestions of officials.
- Concerning your views, suggestions, thanks and complaints, you can drop them into suggestion and request boxes found in our hospital, you can apply to patient rights unit or you can convey to us through “WE LISTEN TO YOU” section in our hospital web site. Central phone numbers of our hospital are (0462) 230 23 00 – 06. By dialing one of these numbers, you can convey the place that you want to talk to the related official or if you know its internal phone number, you can directly reach your relatives by dialing them. Other than very urgent situations, phone conversations are prohibited after 21:00.
